Brief
Cormac Arms and Outfitters reached out to us because they had signed up for an online retail inventory/marketing software that was designed in ASP.Net. The vendor of this software said they would have a functional and working website that not only pushed products to their website from the various manufacturers, but they would also be able to sell/manage the products in their store.
After meeting with the client we decided that we needed to cover the following items:
Deliverables
Hours were spent trying to make the software work for our clients. Many calls were placed with software providers technical team for assistance to only be told the software would work when it did not. Issues were identified with the software provider as manufacturer products would not load into the website as promised.
Our client has signed up for a service and software package that was unable to deliver as promised. Tactical Web Designed did the research and work that helped our client identify those faults allowing Cormac to dissolve their contract with this expensive non working software.
Eventually, Cormac found a retail software company that would do as promised, meet their demands and create them a great looking website.
Although we were not involved in the final product shown above, our work allowed our client to find the best possible solution for their business. Because of that, we consider this project a win in our books.
